We have a job opening, but gave up - the process has lots of problems, they've got a very specific way of thinking about things, and if you don't fit the boxes (as most social ventures won't) then its unlikely to work. In particular its US only, and won't even allow you to post a job for a US entity that could be based outside the US. I gave up, and there wasn't even a way to save and come back later, so wasted 20 mins of filling in boxes.
